Tim Biddle
Tim is the Director of Operator Sales & Partnerships at Sinch, overseeing Northern and Western Europe. In this role, Tim spearheads the growth of Sinch’s mobile operator connections, driving expansion with both existing and new partners. Tim’s key responsibilities include optimising supplier costs, introducing innovative commercial strategies, combating fraudulent activity, and managing relationships with regional suppliers to ensure seamless connectivity.
Tim works closely with Sinch’s global sales organisation, contributing to strategic initiatives for major clients and enhancing bottom-line margins. Tim’s collaborative approach bridges local expertise with global priorities, positioning Sinch for sustainable growth.
Before joining Sinch in 2020, Tim spent 12 years at EE/BT, one of the UK’s leading mobile operators. This experience provides Tim with deep industry insight, and a unique perspective from both the operator and vendor sides of the ecosystem.
