Massimiliano Croci is the Chief Revenue Officer for Voice & Mobile Operation & Sales and Head of Voice Operations at TI Sparkle. With a degree in Economic Statistical Science from Università La Sapienza, Rome, he brings extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

Since March 2021, he has led the Voice & Mobile division, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and the strategic direction of routing and deals. His responsibilities also include developing incentive plans for sales employees and reporting directly to the VP and CEO.

Previously, Croci served as Chief Technology Officer at TI Sparkle from November 2019 to February 2021, focusing on planning, architecture, and service creation. From 2008 to 2019, he was responsible for commercial planning and management of the Voice Product team, where he handled budgets, forecasts, commercial targets, and analysis of key deals and the charging and billing system.

Before joining TI Sparkle, Croci worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Telecom Italia and TI Information Technology, where he specialized in customer requirements, training, and voice process analysis. He began his career at Telesoft as a Business Analyst on the SCTR/BIT project, working closely with customer requirements and system setup.
