Daniel is the Head of Telecommunications Fraud Prevention for the Home Office. He has worked on government policy that has reduced scam calls and texts against consumers. Most notably the Telecommunications Fraud Sector Charters. He has also introduced measures to Parliament as part of the Crime and Policing Bill that will ban the possession and supply of SIM farms used for fraud. He is now working on the Government’s new Fraud Strategy, due to be published later this year.
